“The benefits from the classes are that I am feeling the particular area of the body we are working really starting to loosen up since the first class. Also where I struggle to do the first arm movement in the first class after practising the move again I now can do it to my full potential. Although only 15 minutes per session I still get sweaty, feel energised and ar, shoulders, and inner thighs ache slightly after each class which I guess means that my muscles have finally woken up! It's lovely working out with others. Your class is definitely the motivation I needed :)”
